Contemporary dance classes for adults that explore public spaces in Trondheim with movement and dance. 

The classes offer practice in contemporary dance through dance improvisation and movement phrases that take inspiration from different locations. By putting the body into dialogue with space we create greater awareness for our surroundings and our body and discover our own body language and movement vocabulary within the given task and material. We focus on individual dance practice while moving together in a shared space. Dance experience is not required.

We are exploring Trondheim since 2020 and danced at Ladehammeren, Dora, Korsvika and the backyard of Trondheim Kunstmuseum.
